During my college days, I am not interested in meditaion.. But when I am doing my post graduate my mind is not in my hand and at that time I came to know about the meditation class commenced by srm.. All said that if I meditate I wont have any problems.. On the first day class itself the master of srm called me and said about my problems and that moment I feel very calm.. Hello,
I agree with you that meditation has its own benefits it helps us be calm and lead a peaceful and focused life. .I was not dedicated once I started practicing meditation I enjoyed its benefits. I have been practicing meditation to manage stress, anxiety and depression. I have been able to manage it to a great extent.I happened to come across a website [moderator note: website address has been removed] it had all the information how to manage stress, anxiety and depression to lead a peaceful and focussed life.
