Health IS Everything
Re: Health IS EverythingI was just recently released from the hospital where I was diagnosed with COPD. As summer came a[hc_livingwith=livingwith.urologychannel.com|/smoking/20070515_465||20070515_465]READ[/hc_livingwith] MK, I felt really sad reading this. I'm sorry you're going thru this. I hope the pneumonia has cleared up by now. Good for you for quitting. I was recently DXed with emphesema, but have yet to have the tests to see how bad it is. I'm 58 & I've been smoking since I was 13 yrs old. I just can't seem to quit smoking no matter what I try. I certianly thought this would do it, but I find myself right back at it. I don't wanna end up gasping for breath on the floor. I'm already coughing up gunk, wheezing & having minor breathing problems. I know it can only get worse if I don't quit. Thanks for sharing your story, Bev
